- To allow time to clean the rooms, please take note of the following times: IN: 16:00 – OUT: 12:00.
If a room is not vacated by 12a.m, an additional half or full day charge can be applied by Lodge Tagua Tagua
- Animals are not permitted in the rooms except to previous authorization by the Lodge Administration.
- Please do not eat in rooms.
- Generator and electricity works from 09:00 to 00:00, it doesn’t work all day long so if you need to charge something just asks the Lodge manager.
- Boats:
- For your safety, boats are not rented without guides.
- Please make sure children do not play with the boats and/or the motors tied at the shore.
- When getting boarding, please put your lifejacket offered by the guide.
- Alcohol should not be consumed before boarding. Lodge Tagua Tagua reserves the right to not allow a client to board a boat if: alcohol has been consumed or if there are signs of drunkenness, the maximum capacity of the boat has been reached.
- Hot tub
The manager will ask every morning if you want to use the Hot tub, in order to change the water and prepare the log-fire with enough time.
- If you need to check out very early, please make payment the day before to avoid delays.
- The rooms and restaurant are non-smoking areas. If you smoke outside, please put cigarette stubs into the waste bins
- Reservations
To avoid misunderstandings and false bookings, a reservation will only be effective when:
a) It’s requested and accepted through our web page or directly E-mail:

b) The client has to make a deposit of at least 50% of the total amount to our bank account.c) Please present the deposit payment document when making final payment.
Lodge Tagua Tagua reserves the right to request this deposit or not.
d) Conditions of modification and cancellation:Any modification of your booking must be always communicated by email to: lodge@lodgetaguatagua.com
If the cancellation is received:
Before 30 days Lodge Tagua Tagua will refund the totality of the deposit.
Within 15 to 30 days of the date of your booking we will refund 50% of the deposit.
Within 15 to 1 days Lodge Tagua Tagua will not refund the deposit.

These are always well received as these allow us to make improvements, to give better attention, modify our lodge for increased safety and to offer an optimum stay. We also greatly appreciate your opinion and words of gratitude; they are uplifting. Furthermore, our best publicity is you!
As you can see, we keep our rooms, restaurant, boats, furniture, artefacts and utensils in the best possible condition in order to make for a very pleasant, enjoyable stay. We kindly request that everything at your use is kept in the same condition, just as if you were at home.
